Terms and Conditions for Grina’s Atelier Clothing Rental Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grina’s Atelier. By accessing or using our clothing rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

“Service”: The clothing rental service provided by Grina’s Atelier.

“Customer”: The individual renting clothing from Grina’s Atelier.

“Rental Period”: The duration for which the Customer rents the clothing, starting from the delivery date.

3. Rental Process

Booking: Customers can browse and select garments online. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Lead Time: A minimum of 7 days is required between booking and delivery to ensure availability and preparation.

Rental Duration: The standard rental period is 4 days, starting from the day the item is delivered to the Customer.

4. Payment and Fees

Rental Fee: Prices are as listed on the website and include standard cleaning and insurance for minor damages.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be returned upon safe return of the item.

Late Fees: Late returns will incur additional charges. For each day beyond the agreed rental period, a fee of TBC will be charged.

5. Delivery and Return

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, including delivery to the Customer and return to Grina’s Atelier, are covered by Grina’s Atelier.

Delivery: Items will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of booking.

Return: Customers must return items using the provided prepaid shipping label by the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in late fees.

6. Care and Use of Items

Cleaning: Standard cleaning is included in the rental fee. Customers should not attempt to clean the items themselves.

Damage: Minor damages (e.g., removable stains, unstitched seams) are covered. Significant damages or loss of the item will result in additional charges up to the full retail value.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a fee of 50%.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Providing accurate sizing and delivery information is the responsibility of the Customer.

Timely Return: Ensuring the item is returned on time using the provided shipping method.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grina’s Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or rented items.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lombardia, Italy.
