Grina’s Atelier provides clothing rental services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or rented items. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

REFUND POLICY – THE BASICS
1. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers can cancel their booking up to 7 days before shipment for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before shipment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Once an item has been shipped, no refunds will be issued.

2. Unused Rentals

If a customer chooses not to wear the rented item, a refund will not be provided.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the received item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

4. Late Returns & Fees

Late returns may result in additional charges, deducted from the refundable deposit if applicable.

Failure to return an item within 1 days of the rental period may result in a charge for the full retail price of the item.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
